These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the viphp platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating a viphp account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) viphp account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.
In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your viphp account, you must notify viphp support immediately at [email protected]. viphp will investigate the report and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation. viphp shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
viphp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of: fraudulent activity, money laundering, abuse of promotional offers, breach of these Terms, or other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support, subject to resolution of any outstanding balances.
An account is considered dormant after a continuous period of twelve (12) months of inactivity, during which time no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred. viphp may apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts with an available balance. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
viphp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and other Philippine bank transfer services as periodically updated on the platform. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). viphp does not accept payment methods belonging to third parties; all payment accounts must be registered in the player's own name.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are displayed in the cashier section of your viphp account and may vary by payment method. viphp reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified players are processed as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes. viphp does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond viphp's control and are the player's sole responsibility.
All bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards offered by viphp are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these General Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that particular promotion.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact viphp's customer support team to seek resolution of the dispute informally. viphp will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].
Players who are not satisfied with viphp's response to a complaint may escalate the matter through applicable regulatory channels in the Philippines.
viphp reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
